The digital fair CeBIT took place in Hanover from 20th until 24th March 2017. SECURITYMADEIN.LU was present at the booth “Digital Lëtzebuerg” in the hall “Job and Career”. Other business partners were present, with the aim of recruiting qualified job applicants for their open workplaces. At present, there are more than 100 open positions in various qualifications in the ICT sector in Luxembourg.
On March 21st, Pascal Steichen, CEO SECURITYMADEIN.LU made a noteworthy speech on the theme “Cybersecurity, Europe first !” explaining the challenges of the new digital era that is opening up to us. On March 23rd, a delegation from Luxembourg, was visiting CeBIT, with among others Claude Meisch, Minister for Education and Nicolas Schmit, Minister for Labor, as well as representatives from business and society and several school classes of the Lycée de Garçons Luxembourg and Lycée des Arts et Métiers. Both ministers took time to discuss the challenges of global digitalization with the experts of SECURITYMADEIN.LU
There was a keen interest in the whiteboard where interested geeks and visitors could immortalize their thoughts.
