CIRCL is part of the projet ATT&CK COMMUNITY, a diverse community of cybersecurity practitioners including researchers, vendors, CSIRTs/CERTs and user organisations whose aim is to actively use MITRE ATT&CK™ while contributing back to improve cyber defense.
